Barneytised

I have such a beautiful lovely fiber optics Christmas Tree. It has built- in lights and lighted ornaments. I thought it would look better with a few miniature balls of different colors so I went to Big Lots and for those that don’t know what I’m talking about, Big lots is odds and ends store of things that are packaged upside down or something. I went to the Christmas section and all the way in the back were tiny balls. These didn’t have hooks but string loops. It was much harder than I thought. Fiber optics are very slim. The loops were to heavy. I finally got them on and sat back and admired my gorgeous tree. Barney came in the house with nary a glance at the tree. All he was looking for was TOYS! Barney loves his toys. He spied one in the corner by the tree and leaped at it. Course he tripped over the cord and pulled the tree off the table it was on. Balls rolled everywhere. Under the coffee table, under the footstool, across the rug, everywhere. My beautiful tree has been Barneytised. I gathered the balls and started to put them back. They just didn’t want to hang on the tree so I piled them around the base. I figured unless I banned Barney from the house until Christmas, which ain’t going to happen, it would be Barneytised again.

About 1wanderingtruthseeker

I'm a fiftish woman that has opinions and passions about nearly everything under the sun. I love a good debate, not name calling. I believe in the Constitution , the Bill of Rights and God. I believe the government which governs the least is the best government of all. I believe in the rights of the people. I dispatched fire trucks, the Po-Po and ambulances for a long time so I have a wicked sense of dark humor and speak fluent sarcasm. I think out loud a lot times. I am offensive. But I'm offensive of everybody. Socially unacceptable, plain spoken and unashamed. If you don't want to be offend, please don't read and if you do, please consider that I'm not politically correct in any sense of the word.
