Are You Mad Enough Now?

Modern Bill of Rights

Our bill of right keep disappearing at an alarming rate.  I wrote last night about the freedom of religion that is going bye-bye.  Trying to make it illegal to say bad things about Islam but it’s ok to go after Christians, Mormon, Catholics, or any other religion and no one says a word.  People that believe in Jesus or any other God that is not of the Islam God. Are you mad enough Christians and others?  Will you bend a knee in honor of this God?  Will you disavow God in face of blasphemy?  Will you dress in accordance with Islam beliefs? An east Tennessee representative is calling on congress to make insults to Islam or their god a felony.  What to know why?  Just about all the store and tourist places are run by middle east people who are Islamic. Are you mad enough now?

Now lets move on to the right of freedom of speech.  We no longer have a free press. Even after the White House was caught controlling them, people still bend to the Presidents way of free speech.  Now they are going after regular people.  A warrant made google (which we knew they were doing all along) to turn over our e-mails and everything you write to the government.  That is attacking free speech of every one.  Are you mad enough now?

Let’s take a look at unreasonable search and seizure without probable cause. It started in the 1980’s as far as I recollect, with the war on drugs.  Making employees taking drug tests.  Never mind that it wouldn’t pick up alcohol, or other hard drug that leave your system fast, it was aimed at pot.  Then the police and state troops stopping you because they think you might be caring drugs.  How many reports are you hearing about busting other drugs on the open highway?  We have come a long way in our unreasonable search and seizure.  Now we have the TSA googling at images of our naked body and being felt up and down not only our bodies, but the bodies of our children too.  Do you think you could get by with feeling up people and children on the street because you think they may be carrying a bomb? That’s a crime, but when the government does it, it’s in the name of Homeland Security?  The ability of the police to come and kick your door in, even if they are at the wrong house.  They will throw you face down in the dirt and hit, tase, kick, beat and pepper spray if not to death, then close to it. Our police have militarize , with a beta test for martial law in Boston.  It went fine. The people obeyed the military law and stayed inside and let the police search their houses.  Are you mad enough now?

We use to have the right to peaceful assemble and also our right to protest the government about grievances. Not any more.  Example, Adam Kokesh.  He was at a peaceful assembly and he was arrested and put in Federal hold for 6 days.  You may not agree with Adam, but you should agree with his right to peaceful assembly.  Just like the black people in their march for freedom were beaten, dogs turned loose on them, fire hose sprayed and knocked down.  And if peaceful marches are held, the news media says not a word about it and nothing gets done.  The only way we knew of this travesty of justice was by internet.   Are you mad enough now?

The right to Due Process.  You think would apply to everyone, but as we have seen, it hasn’t.  Shall not make excessive amount in bail. Ha! Haven’t we seen that in action too?  The government shall make no law that infringes upon the bill of rights.  Are you mad enough now?

About 1wanderingtruthseeker

I'm a fiftish woman that has opinions and passions about nearly everything under the sun. I love a good debate, not name calling. I believe in the Constitution , the Bill of Rights and God. I believe the government which governs the least is the best government of all. I believe in the rights of the people. I dispatched fire trucks, the Po-Po and ambulances for a long time so I have a wicked sense of dark humor and speak fluent sarcasm. I think out loud a lot times. I am offensive. But I'm offensive of everybody. Socially unacceptable, plain spoken and unashamed. If you don't want to be offend, please don't read and if you do, please consider that I'm not politically correct in any sense of the word.
