forgetful, losing things, crazy people

I take so much medicine that I keep it a gallon zip lock bag.  All the bottles goes into the zip bag.  Last night, I was going to refill my weekly reminder pill thingy and I couldn’t find my zip bag.  All of my end tables have drawers in them because I like to have things right handy.  The zip bag wasn’t in my drawer.  We look in all the drawers, under the furniture and any where else them might or might not be.  I was hyperventilating.  I found an extra bottle of my heart rate medicine and half a does of lamictal.  For those of you that don’t know, lamictal is part of my bi-polar meds.  I was sweating it.  I call the pharm. that is in with my shrink.  I told them, “I know you must have a contingency plan for this.  After all you ARE dealing with crazy people.”  I told her about losing my meds and that I thought I must have accidentally thrown the bag in the waste can.  They were laughing at me so hard.  They all know me because I have been going to see Dr. B for about 8 years now. I was lucky that a refill was coming up.  They are delivering my refills today.  That’s another great thing about my pharm.  They deliver!!!  Now if I could just get them to bring dinner with my medsI’d be all set.

About 1wanderingtruthseeker

I'm a fiftish woman that has opinions and passions about nearly everything under the sun. I love a good debate, not name calling. I believe in the Constitution , the Bill of Rights and God. I believe the government which governs the least is the best government of all. I believe in the rights of the people. I dispatched fire trucks, the Po-Po and ambulances for a long time so I have a wicked sense of dark humor and speak fluent sarcasm. I think out loud a lot times. I am offensive. But I'm offensive of everybody. Socially unacceptable, plain spoken and unashamed. If you don't want to be offend, please don't read and if you do, please consider that I'm not politically correct in any sense of the word.
